To ensure the best quality print on your personalised pillow, please follow our guidance below to submit the highest resolution image possible.
- Upload a good size photo (1mb )
- Don’t upload blurry or pixelated photos
- Make sure the photo isn’t cut off i.e. the full face / body is showing
- Make sure there is nothing in front of or covering any part of your dog in the photo
- Don’t use photos which are too dark or far away
- Custom shapes to match your pet
- Image is printed on both sides
- Ultra-soft polyester plush
We do our very best to deliver in 2~3 weeks' time. However, every pillow is 100% handmade to a very high standard with the highest quality materials and ultrasoft plush, it may take a little longer depending on the specific breed and style.
